Hills Concrete has heavily invested in a fully automated screed and concrete batching plant at Aldridge, West Midlands; which is capable of producing product mix designs within a 1% tolerance of design targets, ensuring quality at all times. Further investment has been made in our modern fleet of concrete mixers and volumetric delivery vehicles, all of which are tracked for instant delivery, that arrives directly to your door, with regular real-time updates.
Our specialist portfolio of products now includes both standard and low-denisity foam concrete, the full range of Liquid Screeds, a range of self-compacting concretes and the pioneering Thermal Lightweight Aggregate (TLA).
We offer an affordable concrete pumping service alongside an opportunity to drop in and collect concrete with your own vehicle at any time of the day. Whilst doing this you can enjoy breakfast and a cup of builder’s tea to complete your customer experience.
Mixing the concrete on-site allows maximum finishing time and a great quality product. We adjust the dryness and wetness of the concrete and change the mix on the job to suit every application. Hills Concrete also factor in changing environmental elements. We can also house raw materials on our lorries, which enables us to start and finish mixing on demand.
Hills Concrete offer volumetric concrete mixers and also supply readymix trucks featuring metered delivery. You receive and pay for the exact amount of concrete that your job requires. Our process eradicates costly waste charges and reduces the number of deliveries that you will require.
Our vehicles hold up to 10m3 per load and our efficient emptying ability can be despatched by direct straight pour or into barrows; whichever works best for your job. The chutes on our vehicles reach up to 6 metres, making them ideal for those difficult to reach jobs.
